Onsite registration is available if space permits.
The MICAMH Conference reserves the right to cancel any keynote sessions and workshops, and/or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.
The deadline to receive a refund for your registration is on or before February 13th, 2017, subject to a $50 USD cancellation fee. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used. Cancellations received after February 13th will not be eligible for a refund.
