Volunteer Research Assistants
If you are considering post-graduate education or a career in psychology or mental health, research experience is an excellent way to explore the field further and to gain valuable experience that will help you when applying for future positions. If you are interested in participating in research at FIU, we encourage you to visit the web pages of the faculty you are interested in working with, and to contact them directly about opportunities available in their labs.
Please note that the CCF is a child-serving center, and as such, anyone who wants to work and/or volunteer at the center must go through and pass both level I and II clearance (background check and fingerprinting), conducted by FIU, prior to the start of their work/employment.
